full time janitor at a prominent national retailer. His keen eye for detail coupled with
his craving to learn was immediately recognized. He was promoted to swat team supervisor, training manager, then district manager within two years. Gilvan built
a team of exceptional floor care technicians and established a reputation for consistency and quality that was unmatched in the area. He held them to one standard: do it right or not at all. Gilvan leads by example, developing team loyalty through trust and respect.
